A day in the life.
As ourRetirement Plan Consultanton the MMA Midwest team youll have the freedom and flexibility to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for our clients. You will serve as a thought leader in the retirement industry understanding fiduciary risks and financial implications that are crucial for our clients. You will partner with a dedicated team to service and build a client base through prospecting and securing new clients. Your role will involve providing direct advisory services for plan design fiduciary governance and investment lineups for qualified plans as well as employersponsored executive benefit plans and nonqualified plans. You will leverage our sales methodologies and resources to manage a growing client base effectively.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 3 years of proven experience in servicing retirement plan clients
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills including listening speaking and writing
- Customer service orientation with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in industry technology (Morningstar Excel Outlook OneNote PowerPoint) and familiarity with analytical tools such as RPAG fi360 PlanTools Envestnet and Salesforce
These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:
- BA/BS or continued education in Business Management Finance or Risk Management
- Flexibility and creativity in developing innovative and customized business solutions
- Strong investment and fiduciary management knowledge
- Industryspecific professional designations (e.g. CRPS AIF CPFA)
