No. 1 Collision Group is excited to announce that we are currently accepting applications for the Customer Service Representative (CSR) position.
Location: No.1 Collision Granville

The Opportunity

Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary contact with customers
- Update and maintain communication with customers through repair
- Promoting positive Google Reviews on our website
- Creating ideas/incentives to keep customers happy/informed (ie. Monthly customer draws for gift cards etc.
- Assist production manager as required
- Move customer vehicles as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Autobody/Dealership experience
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Working knowledge of computers
