Job Description
Zm is calling for talent to join our team of passionate people who are transforming student transportation. As a school bus driver at Zm you will play an essential role in our local communities by providing safe and reliable transportation for students using a combination of industrystandard tools and Zms proprietary platform.
Responsibilities:
- Operate vehicles safely following regulations and company procedures
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues
- Maintain scheduled routes and timely performance
- Manage student behavior and ensure passenger safety
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 21 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
- For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and CA School Bus certificate (DL45 3 years CDL experience
- For noncertified drivers: Valid drivers license 3 years drivingexperience
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
- Willingness to obtain CDL Training provided for NonCDL
