To perform all aspects of building and clamping cabinet boxes in accordance with PCI quality and productivity levels. Formally responsible for providing input for improvements. Deciding whether material meets quality standards and deciding when to replace defective product. No formal supervisory responsibility.

Job Profile

Attendance and punctuality that meets PCI standards. Performs work in a manner that complies with the companys safety policies this includes housekeeping organization and PPE. Conducts themselves in a manner that falls in line with PCIs core values.

Essential Responsibilities

Performs required amount of work that will enable the team to meet the weekly Assembly productivity requirements. Performs work in accordance with Assembly dept. quality standards. This includes: Cabinet alignment hardware installation safe part handling cabinet configuration and proper glue placement. Ensures each cabinet is clamped in accordance with PCI standards. Assist other areas or departments as needed.
