We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead one of our hotel properties to new levels of success.
Position Summary:
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences maximizing revenue and leading a dedicated team to achieve operational and financial success. This role requires strong leadership strategic planning and a commitment to the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daytoday operations of the hotel to ensure outstanding service and smooth functioning of all departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth enhance guest satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency.
- Set and achieve financial goals including managing budgets forecasting and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Maintain a high standard of guest service by implementing service standards addressing guest feedback and resolving issues effectively.
- Recruit train mentor and develop a highperforming team to ensure excellence in service and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local business partners the community and other stakeholders.
- Foster a positive teamoriented work environment that aligns with company values and promotes employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience with at least 2 years in a General Manager role.
- Proven track record of managing profitable hotel operations and achieving financial goals.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations including front office housekeeping maintenance and food and beverage.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fastpaced environment with changing demands.
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service and exceeding guest expectations.
