Job Description

A Sylvan Learning Center Enrollment Specialist manages the daytoday operations of a learning center including sales customer service and marketing.They also work to grow the center and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

Sales:Sell programs to families and promote financing options
Customer service:Provide highquality customer service to students and families
Marketing:Develop and implement local marketing strategies
Center operations:Manage revenue expenses and collections
Relationships:Build and maintain relationships with teachers educational specialists and school administrators
Leadership:Provide leadership and a vision for the team
