Job Description

Job Title: Service Concierge Specialist

Location: Lou Fusz Kia Evansville IN

Department: Service Department

Reports To: Service Manager

Position Type: FullTime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customerfocusedService Valet Coordinatorto join our team at Lou Fusz KIA of Evansville. This role is responsible for scheduling and managing all service valet appointments ensuring seamless vehicle pickup and delivery for our customers. The ideal candidate will handle service phone calls cashier transactions and support other service administrative tasks providing an exceptional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Reception:

    • Schedule and coordinate allservice valet appointments managing pickup and delivery logistics for customer vehicles.
    • Communicate with customers to confirm service details timelines and transportation preferences.
    • Answer incomingservice phone calls providing information booking appointments and addressing customer inquiries.
    • Handlecashiering duties processing payments accurately and efficiently.
    • Assist with variousadministrative tasksrelated to service operations including maintaining service records updating customer information and supporting the service team as needed.
    • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely service completion.
    • Provide excellent customer service ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the service departments daily operations.
  • Shuttle Services:

    • Provide timely and safe shuttle transportation for customers to and from the dealership as needed.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Vehicle Care:

    • Ensure customer vehicles are cleaned and presentable upon completion of service.
    • Drive vehicles through the car wash and perform light cleaning tasks as required.
  • Service Drive Management:

    • Control service traffic flow and parking to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
    • Determine if incoming service customers have appointments and record pertinent information including customer name VIN tag number mileage and existing vehicle damage.
  • Facility Maintenance:

    • Maintain a clean and safe service drive area free of dirt water leaves snow and other debris.
    • Ensure all areas are wellorganized and presentable to customers.
  • Additional Duties:

    • Provide and install protective coverings on drivers seats and floors in customer vehicles.
    • Assist with other tasks as directed by the Service Manager to support service department operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience incustomer service automotive service scheduling or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability tomultitaskand manage schedules efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle payments and manage cashier responsibilities with accuracy.
  • Avalid drivers licensewith a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand walk and move throughout the service area for extended periods.
  • Capability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment:

  • This position involves a combination ofoffice workandvehicle handlingfor pickup and delivery services.
  • Must be comfortable driving customer vehicles of varying sizes and models.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs may be required.
