At Swarovski where innovation meets inspiration our Senior Retail Sales Consultant employs a consultative sales approach and performs a variety of retail store activities within corporate guidelines to sell Swarovski products to consumers to meet personal and store sales goals. Builds customer loyalty by providing outstanding customer service. In addition this is a key holder role which requires the incumbent to perform store opening & closing duties and may involve assuming a team leader role in the absence of the Retail Store Manager.

You are an advocate of our brand. In this role and together with the team you will:

  • Opens & closes the store (key holder). Performs endofday cash reconciliations prepares banking deposits and performs other closing procedures.
  • Achieves and consistently maintains the sales leadership role in the store
  • Assumes team lead role in Retail Store Managers absence:
  • Develops and maintains clientele information
  • Processes efficient customer transactions (sales refunds exchanges credits etc. following all Company policies & procedures regarding the pointofsale (POS) system.
  • Participates in special events / promotions to promote Swarovski products.

About you

You are an experienced Assistant Store Manager and you have:

  • 35 years experience working in a multicultural retail environment
  • Experience in luxury Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Must be dependable and have flexible availability to work varying shifts (including days evenings and weekends).
