Job Description
Job Title: PrePrimary Teacher
Location Ambikapur Chhattisgarh
Salary & Benefits 15 K to 35K
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Preparing Lessons:
- Develop and implement ageappropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote learning in a creative engaging and structured manner.
- Organize activities that help develop basic skills such as literacy numeracy social interaction and motor skills.

Classroom Management:
- Maintain a safe clean and positive classroom environment where children feel secure and encouraged.
- Ensure that all childrens needs (physical emotional and intellectual) are met.
- Implement behavior management strategies to foster respect responsibility and cooperation.

Child Development:
- Observe and assess individual childrens progress identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide support and encouragement to children as they develop their social cognitive and physical skills.
- Facilitate group activities and discussions to improve communication skills and teamwork.

Parent Communication:
- Regularly communicate with parents about their childs progress milestones and any concerns.
- Participate in parentteacher conferences and engage with families to support childrens learning and development.

- Track and document childrens progress through informal and formal assessments.
- Prepare regular reports for parents and school administration highlighting the development and achievements of each child.

- Work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience for children.
- Participate in staff meetings training sessions and workshops to continually improve teaching skills.

Promoting Emotional and Social Development:
- Support the emotional wellbeing of children by promoting kindness empathy and conflictresolution skills.

Safety and Hygiene:
- Ensure the classroom and play areas are safe and adhere to hygiene standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience: Experience working with young children in a classroom or child care setting is preferred.
