Job Description

Scope of Work
Search is implementing a project funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Search would like to engage an audit firm to perform annual audit of the 8year project Grassroots to Global: Empowering Communities in Peacebuilding Policy Funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Year 1 Budget is EUR 2.094.717 total 8 years budget is EUR 25.000.000.
Countries of implementation: Belgium DR. Congo Palestine Niger and Afghanistan (including more than 15 project partners).
Duration: January 2024 till December 2031.
The auditing firm will be hired for 3 years extendable upon satisfactory performance.
Deliverables
The audit reports should be submitted annually by 31 May of the following years for each year.
Eligibility Criteria
- Be registered with the relevant Institute of Certified Public Accountants and its partners must hold current practicing certificates.
- Demonstrate capacity capability and experience required to undertake the audit (including CVs for the partners manager and key staff proposed for the audit team).
- Demonstrate experience with International NGOs.
- Explain audit methodology and approach.
- Provide references for similar audits performed within the last three years.
The audit firm should meet the following criteria:
