A leading national law firm is seeking a Paralegal ARC Docketing & Filing Specialist to provide essential docketing calendaring and court filing support to attorneys firmwide. This role is ideal for a detailoriented professional with extensive experience managing litigation deadlines electronic court filings and compliance with court rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review legal documents to identify critical deadlines and enter them into the firms docketing system.
- Research and respond to inquiries regarding court rules filing procedures and deadlines.
- Perform electronic filings for federal state appellate and administrative courts.
- Coordinate with attorneys paralegals and client service specialists to ensure timely filings.
- Maintain and update case files ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
- Work with outside service vendors for process service and document retrieval.
Compensation:
- California & New York: $80000 $95000
- Compensation is based on experience location and firm standards.
