Job Description

A leading national law firm is seeking a Paralegal ARC Docketing & Filing Specialist to provide essential docketing calendaring and court filing support to attorneys firmwide. This role is ideal for a detailoriented professional with extensive experience managing litigation deadlines electronic court filings and compliance with court rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review legal documents to identify critical deadlines and enter them into the firms docketing system.
  • Research and respond to inquiries regarding court rules filing procedures and deadlines.
  • Perform electronic filings for federal state appellate and administrative courts.
  • Coordinate with attorneys paralegals and client service specialists to ensure timely filings.
  • Maintain and update case files ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
  • Work with outside service vendors for process service and document retrieval.

Compensation:

  • California & New York: $80000 $95000
  • Compensation is based on experience location and firm standards.

Work Expectations & Schedule

  • Fulltime position with standard office hours.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal docketing systems.
  • Court Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal and state court rules electronic filing procedures and agency filings.
  • Soft Skills: Detailoriented highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.
