About the role:
- General corporate & commercial/procurement work.
- Providing comprehensive legal advice and solutions to highprofile clients in defence education health and all levels of government.
- Reviewing various legal documents and identifying legal/commercials risks.
- Keeping the company up to date with legislation and regulatory changes.
The ideal candidate:
- Legal Counsel 37 PQE.
- An Australian Law Degree or Juris Doctor
- Commercial law experience gained inhouse or from a reputable law firm.
- Proven experience in contract drafting & negotiation.
- Previous exposure or an interest in the Defence industry.
