WHAT YOULL BE DOING
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in a fastpaced environment. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans fostering strong client relationships and mentoring a highperforming team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have been a successful construction productsrelated sales manager and possess strong leadership and strategic vision. You have excellent organization project management and communication skills. Fostering lasting relationships with new and existing clients comes natural to you along with facilitating your sales teams success.
A highlight of your daytoday will include:
- Conducting market research
- Building and implementing strategic business plans with the sales team
- Managing Budgets
- Utilizing our CRM tool to capture and maintain client database
- Working with production to ensure successful and timely delivery of products and services
- Ensuring we meet and exceed sales targets

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the location(s) noted above and is the range Jensen Precast reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position. We consider the wide variety of factors in making compensation decisions including jobrelated knowledge; skillset; experience education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Jensen Precast offers various competitive benefits including medical dental vision life insurance disability insurance PTO and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucids annual incentive program subject to the rules governing such programs. (Incentive awards if any will depend on various factors including without limitation individual and company performance.
