Job Description
ATCS is growing! We have an exciting opportunity for a Land Development (Site/Civil) Engineer to join our team! Based in our Raleigh office location youll have the chance to be a key player in the growth of our Site/Civil group in the NC market.
This individual will design diverse projects including mixeduse residential commercial institutional and industrial development. The diversity of responsibilities requires a flexible mindset and cooperative teamoriented attitude with progressively increasing design and management capabilities.
Youll spend your time:
- Developing innovative technical land development design solutions
- Collaborating with senior engineers and managers to develop innovative design solutions and address project challenges
- Working collaboratively with a team of gogetters and industry leaders
- Engaging in strong client relationships through frequent communications
- Designing diverse projects including mixeduse residential commercial institutional and industrial development
- Mentoring and educating earlycareer Site/Civil staff
About you:
- You hold a bachelors degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
- You hold professional registration (P.E. in NC; Licensure in other states within the ATCS footprint is highly desired (VA MD PA or SC)
- You have 510 years of land development design experience with NC clients/projects
- You are a selfstarter who is eager to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
- You are wellversed in civil engineering design including: stormwater utilities paving roadway design grading
- You are proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D
- You are familiar with state and municipal design and development processes
- You interact effectively with municipal approval authorities

Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position we offer a competitive salary range of $79500 to $123500 per year commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus with a target 2 of the employees annualized salary. In addition to compensation ATCS offers outstanding employeefocused benefits for you and your family.
