About the role

Anthropic is seeking an experienced and engaging professional who can help foster the skills of our sellers and help build our innovative GTM Productivity team. We have a unique approach to enablement and sales effectiveness that focuses on personalization automation and justintime delivery which is all powered by Claude. We are looking for someone who thinks about initiatives like managing a product. Just as we are empowering our customers with technology that makes them more productive we are doing this internally for our sales teams. You will drive innovative education programs for all of our global customerfacing teams to ensure they are ramped and productive.

Reporting to the Head of GTM Productivity you will have the opportunity to help craft the strategy of the enablement and productivity programs. You will ensure our sellers are quickly equipped to provide the best solutions to our customers operating as thought leaders in the AI space. You will create one of the first impressions for a missiondriven sales team leaving a lasting impact on their careers at Anthropic.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver exceptional training experiences that accelerate timetoproductivity and impact for our customerfacing teams
  • Leverage Claude and advanced technologies to automate the sales process
  • Monitor KPIs and measure success making datadriven decisions to improve the program
  • Own the endtoend processes of enablement rollouts from content production to facilitation
  • Interface with Sales leaders to align on priorities and continually improve the onboarding experience based on the GTM strategy
  • Lead multiple trainings through various delivery methods including inperson virtual and prerecorded enablement
  • Operate as an ambassador of Anthropics mission representing our values to the sales team with each training

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 5 years of experience in a customerfacing or enablement role for complex technology particularly experience with AI/ML products or enterprise software
  • Experience in product management
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with a proven track record of leading strategic programs at technology companies
  • Exceptional strategic storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex technology into relatable narratives
  • Experience successfully working and collaborating with Sales leaders Product Marketing Operations and others to tell impactful stories
  • Personable and engaging demeanor with the ability to lead trainings
  • Proactive and spy approach combining strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Collaborative leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels

The expected salary range for this position is:

Annual Salary:

$190000 $270000 USD

Logistics

Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Locationbased hybrid policy:
Currently we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25 of the time. However some roles may require more time in our offices.

Were an extremely collaborative group and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highestimpact work at any given time. As such we greatly value communication skills.
