- Outpatient Clinic Setting
- Athena EMR
- A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of providers and disciplines to create world class patient satisfaction and support
- Routine wellness visits (including vaccines health screenings health education)
- Sick visits (e.g. colds fever infections headaches)
- Chronic conditions (including obesity high blood pressure diabetes COPD)
- Minor injuries (e.g. sprains backaches pulled muscles)
- Joint Injections Prescription Refills

Background Desired Family Medicine Physician
- Board certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
- Ability to hold a state physician license
