Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Governance & Oversight Product Manager

In our journey to Strengthen Resiliency Northern Trust has created an Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Office comprising of an ECM Governance and Oversight team Program Management Office (PMO) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team. Together the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Office will align with industry standards and regulatory expectations standardizing a riskbased approach tailoring change capabilities to risk level centrally providing the change framework and standards enabling with technology monitoring standard adherence and tracking performance and outcomes.

The Product Manager will be a part of the ECM Governance and Oversight team and is responsible for leading the digital product for ECM. The Product Manager will drive the vision implementation and management of project and change management digital solution while partnering with NT business owners and product teams to reflect NTs broader portfolio planning and process.

This position reports to the ECM Governance & Oversight Lead.

Job Description

Major Duties:

  • Operates independently with indepth knowledge of business unit
  • Partner with NTs Business & Corporate Functions to manage roadmap for enterprise digital solution
  • Facilitate identification of key capabilities needed as well as potential issues for effective implementation and integration with enterprise solution
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement
  • Monitor effectiveness of the product supporting the ECM Policy ECM Standard and Program Management Standard
  • Drive effective use of tools to support proper reporting

Knowledge:

  • Digital product management or similar role
  • Building products to solve for business needs relying on digital solutions
  • Experience working in a global crossfunctional environment
  • Enduser/ client centric mindset to translate needs into digital opportunities

Experience:

  • Overall experience between 5 to 10 years
  • BS/BA degree in relevant field preferred
  • Experience digital product management and technical proficiency
  • Strong cross business unit experience
  • Experience in PPM software solutions

Salary Range:

$USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits 401k and pension) health and welfare benefits (medical dental vision spending accounts and disability) paid time off parental and caregiver leave life & accident insurance and other voluntary and wellbeing benefits.
