Job Overview
Hazen Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PPC Specialist with a proven ability to drive results in the B2B IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of handson experience in designing managing and optimizing payperclick campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design execute and manage resultoriented PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and Meta.
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies specifically tailored for the IT industry.
- Conduct indepth keyword research and create datadriven ad strategies to maximize campaign ROI.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing of ad copy targeting and landing pages.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics preparing detailed reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends technologies and target audience behaviors to refine targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with sales content and design teams to align PPC campaigns with overall business goals.
- Identify new opportunities and platforms for campaign expansion.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business IT or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PPC management with a strong focus on B2B and IT sectors.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Meta LinkedIn Ads and other PPC tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in running highbudget campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics Data Studio or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- A selfstarter attitude with a strong focus on delivering results.
