Analytic Methodologist

Job Description

Execute daytoday management of all geospatial content including SOM CV and
mission specific content. Will address data gaps concerns QA/QC and ensure
alignment to Analysis and LOB standards are physically implemented.
Data Steward shall:

• Manage the generation approval and population of data within the NGAs and the AP
  LOBs geospatial databases ensuring that they can be used to satisfy customer
  requirements.
• Conduct regular Quality Control (QC) and monitor the content to ensure it aligns to
  existing data standards and specification.
• Identify noncompliant datasets to include data concepts and values as implemented
• Document data concepts and values not included in NGA data vocabularies
• Generate and manage data dictionaries for AP LOB data holdings
• Work to identify new data concept development to support mission needs and production
  requirements
• Assess and report the current state of compliance for AP LOBs data holdings in both
  written and oral forms
• Publish geospatial content in the form of data service from a GIS system
• Populate manage and maintain metadata standards for AP LOB datasets
• Create tasking and dissemination requirement;adjudicate requirements
• Report on endtoend GEOINT system performance data
• Develop strategies that balance customer need with platform availability and capability
• Provide technical expertise to working groups
• Assist in developing dynamic taskingdatabase
• Support development of automated multiINT collection strategies in support of ABI/OBP CONOPS using GIMS

Basic Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in data engineering or using machine learning to extract images
• Experience with Python
• Bachelors degree

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with collection management
• Experience using Geospatial Information Management Systems (GIMS) Web Fishtools
• PhD preferred

Security Clearance

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required
