Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Mental Health Therapist Team Leader to be part of our Recovery Education Center (REC) Team in Waynesville NC.
A newly hired Therapist/Behavioral Health Service Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5000.00 depending on the service agreement chosen. Service contracts are for 1 2 or 3 years.
Continuing education reimbursement $500 per year)
Eligibility for student loan repayment for federal and/or state programs
The REC Team Leader oversees the implementation of the REC program ensures integrity to the Recovery Education model and provides leadership consultation direction and guidancetoa team of clinicians and peer support specialists. As a clinician on the team the Team Leader provides assessment treatment psychiatric rehabilitation and support services to individuals with a broad range of mental health and substance use challenges and assists in coordinating care across programs within our organization and also with other providers in the community.
LCMHCS or a different license that includes the certification of qualified supervisor
