This is a temporary position.

The Senior Director Global Consulting is a member of the Global Consulting team primarily supporting enterprisewide Digital initiatives. This Senior Director will play an important role as a strategic advisor to Digital leadership on the formulation of key Digital strategies globally e.g. developing new products product enhancements and adoption and will manage of said strategies in collaboration with crossfunctional Discipline and Continent teams. As a member of the Global Consulting team the Senior Director will also act to develop best practice consulting tools and approaches to be utilized by the organization overall. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking skills a proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time as well as a willingness to be tested on difficult and ambiguous projects and initiatives. The ability to influence top leaders and work collaboratively across teams to drive results is also essential.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • 8 years of strategy consulting or product management experience demonstrating progressive career growth
  • Digital experience preferred MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Proven track record consulting to business leaders and designing developing and implementing high impact solutions in large complex organizations using a variety of delivery methodologies
  • Prior experience leading the planning and of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing crossfunctional work teams in a matrix organization
  • Advance Facilitation Skills: Lead the design development and delivery of complex stakeholder experiences using design thinking creativity and expert communication skills to deliver powerful resultsoriented meetings and workshops.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Advisory Services and

  • Advises senior leaders on strategy formulation efforts including conducting necessary research analysis and development of datadriven recommendations.
  • Leads crossfunctional working teams including by not limited to facilitation of design sessions documentation of processes and identification of improvements.
  • Provides daytoday project leadership to ensure projects achieves customer experience objectives delivered on time on budget and stakeholder satisfaction with project delivery and business results.
  • Creates highimpact deliverables for Senior Leadership consumption.
  • Develops change management strategies to implement project recommendations and affect change.
  • Measures evaluates and reports the key results of the implemented solutions and captured benefits.

The pay range for this position is $70.67 to $113.22 per hour.
