Who We Want
Our explosive growth is your opportunity to join our highenergy Open Deck Carrier Capacity team. Were looking to hire an Open Deck Carrier Specialist with previous open deck thirdparty logistics experience who is ready to put their expertise to work at the fastestgrowing brokerage in the country.
What Youll Do
As an Flatbed Carrier Specialist your key responsibilities are establishing and growing relationships with open deck carrier partners to service our customers needs while providing bestinclass service.
Work handinhand with the Business Development team to acquire new and grow existing open deck shipper revenue.
Learn and operate within our proprietary software system Accelerate.
Prospect open deck carriers through leads listed within our CRM or generating your own leads through individual research.
Make outbound calls to and booking loads with carriers who provide open deck capabilities.
Establish long term relationships for future business opportunities.
Manage established relationships and growing accounts.
Maintain outstanding service performance and achieving service metrics set by Arrive management.
Building strong internal relationships with Arrives Business Development team.
Qualifications
- 2 years in an OpenDeck Carrier Capacity or Brokering role is required.
- Knowledgeable in regards to opendeck commodities rules of the road and markets.
- Understanding of true heavyhaul and oversize commodities.
- Were looking for personable hardworking individuals who arent afraid to go above and beyond each and every day for themselves and Arrive.

$50000 $50000 a year
The base salary for this position starts at $50000 plus eligibility for uncapped commission following the successful completion of our training program.
