Job Description
Minimum of two 2 years of experience in healthcare as a Registered Dietitian preferably with counseling experience.Certificates Licenses Registrations: Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. State Licensure: Certified DietitianNutritionists in New York State on hire or within six 6 months of hire required.
Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
Masters Degree with preferred area of Nutrition or related field.
Board Certification as a Nutrition Support Clinician or other certifications in Pediatrics or Adult Nutrition: Board Certification as a Specialty in Pediatric Nutrition Weight Management and Obesity Oncology Nutrition or Renal Nutrition.
2 days of 8 hours and 1 day of 4 hours between 8 am to 4:30 pm (Clinic closed on weekends and holidays)
