Are you an experienced financial leader seeking an impactful role with a missiondriven organization An established NonProfit VNA & Hospice Program in Southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Finance to join their Senior Leadership Team.
About the Role
As VP of Finance you will play a pivotal role in guiding the organizations financial strategy ensuring fiscal health and driving datainformed decisions that support the agencys vital mission. Reporting directly to the President/CEO you will oversee all financial operations including budgeting reporting payroll and reimbursement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team to develop financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational decisionmaking.
- Oversee financial reporting presenting monthly statements to the Finance Committee and Board.
- Manage budgeting payroll and thirdparty reimbursement functions to maintain financial stability.
- Partner with the Investment Committee to manage portfolio oversight.
- Lead a dedicated Finance Team fostering collaboration and supporting staff development.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required; Masters Degree preferred.
- 510 years of progressive healthcare finance experience; home care or hospice experience highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing cost reporting and financial systems analysis.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence mentor and motivate staff.
- Passion for serving a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing exceptional home health and hospice care.
