Job Description
Qualis Corporation a leader in the Defense & Space industry is seeking a talented Security Analyst to join our team of professionals. As a Security Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our systems network and confidential information. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify risks and vulnerabilities and implement effective techniques to mitigate them in a timely manner. This position is located in Huntsville AL.
Responsibilities
- Develop implement and manage security protocols and procedures to ensure high levels of security for space and missile defense programs systems and information.
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify and resolve vulnerabilities in the systems and networks.
- Author edit review security standards guidelines and processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and maintain security solutions.
- Manage controls and permissions for employees to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends threats and technologies to keep the programs security strategies effective.
- Prepare and present reports to management on security incidents and risk assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree.
- At least three years of experience in security and administration.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Experience with configuring and maintaining security solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and present findings to management.
- Must hold an active Department of Defense Secret security clearance
