WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS

The Demand Supply Planning Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to optimize inventory and maximize service levels. This role requires a professional with a track record of success in demand planning supply chain planning inventory management and logistics. The successful candidate will have strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills and will be able to work collaboratively in a fastpaced high growth environment. The Demand Supply Planning Manager should be highly organized detailoriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

• Developing effective forecast models based on past trends and demand patterns
• Proposing and implementing solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
• Successfully communicating forecast and inventory estimations to management
• Addressing demandrelated issues in a timely and effective manner
• Scheduling regular forecast review meetings with stakeholders
• Maintaining demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy
• Coordinating with inventory team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Create weekly / monthly production plans

Qualifications :

• Bachelors in Engineering or Graduate Degree in Operations or Business
• 34 years prior experience in Demand and Supply Planning
• Data analytics problem solving and stakeholder influencing skills
• Comfortable running budgets business case development and supply chain exercises
• Knowledge of forecasting and replenishment methodologies
• Able to prioritize tasks on the pipeline and strive for continuousimprovement
• Fluent in Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP preferred
