Job Overview
We are seeking a Fresher for our BPO Voice Process role at Hemocean Outsourcing located in Andheri. This is a fulltime position ideal for candidates with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer service orientation.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high standards of service
- Continuously improve through feedback and selfinitiated learning
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer information
