Who were looking for:
BARISTA/SERVER
To some youre a person who makes drinks. To others youre a friend confidant parttime therapist and the #1 reason they got up this morning. Our Baristas are responsible for preparing and serving drinks and food items in a warm and inviting mannereven at ridiculously early hours of the day.
What to expect:
Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:
- Relaying your understanding of coffee and tea regions and the various differences in flavor and blends to customers.
- Taking orders and conveying them to team members for preparation.
- Maintaining inventory by replenishing coffee bean & food supply and stocking brewing equipment.
- Controlling cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant and hotel Standard Operating Procedures.
- Communicate effectively with guests and answer questions regarding menu items specials and beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of current menu choices specialties and menu deviations and food shortages in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and maintain the guests dining experience by delivering items fulfilling customer needs offering desserts and drinks remove courses replenish utensils and refill glasses.
Your experience and qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous food and beverage experience.
- Food Handlers Permit required.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic.
- Understanding and application of safety sanitation and food handling procedures.

Pay: $20.76 per hour tips
