• Follows all policies and procedures
• Completes all assigned opening running closing duties and side work
• Ontime and attends all shift meetings
• Follows all health and alcohol beverage service standards
• Support Bartenders by helping them be efficient in their jobs
• Stock items
• Wash and polish glassware
• Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items promotions ingredients and prep time
• Delivering food and beverages
• Maintain a clean workspace adhering to food safety sanitation and safety guidelines
• Clear and sanitizing tables
• Ensuring that all guests leave happy

• Current Utah Food Handler and DABC Certifications are required within 30 days of hire
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellence guest relations skills
• High guest satisfaction expectations and focus
