We are seeking a a highly skilled individual to support the Head of Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) in the planning integration and management of ISR systems. This dynamic handson role is critical in ensuring seamless ISR support for mission success managing complex technical solutions and coordinating with various teams across government and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning integration and management of ISR systems across multiple platforms including rotarywing fixedwing UAV and groundbased systems
- Assist the Head of ISR in overseeing daily ISR operations and ensuring mission success
- Ensure ISR assets align with mission objectives and operational requirements
- Assist in managing the performance enhancement troubleshooting and maintenance of ISR hardware and software
- Provide technical guidance and operational expertise to the ISR team ensuring compliance with regulations and security protocols
- Support ISR program development including project management budgeting resource allocation and system upgrades
What Were Looking For
- Prior experience in ISR operations or aviation intelligence gathering system management and/or defence technology.
- Strong knowledge of ISR systems including EO/IR sensors video/data transmission and associated technologies onboard aviation assets.
- Experience with various communications technologies including cellular satellite and microwave
- Strong operational experience in real time remote troubleshooting and issue resolution
- It is desirable to have experience in python and RESTful web APIs together with confidence in configuring and operating advanced software
- Strong problemsolving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting briefing and coordination.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary clearances for sensitive ISR operations.
- Knowledge of ITAR EAR and classified data handling procedures
