Job Description
The Registered Nurse is the basic level of professional nursing practice. She/he identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.
Schedule:
- 64 hours every 2 weeks
- Rotating shifts (Days Evenings and Nights)
- Every other weekend
- Rotating holidays
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay based on experience and degree
- Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $40.79 per hour
- Bachelors in nursing starting at $41.14 per hour
- Masters in nursing starting at $43.20 per hour
- Pay range: $40.79 $61.76 per hour

What youll have:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure in the State of Minnesota.
- Working knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients employees public and other providers.
- Knowledge of growth and development; specifically an understanding of the cognitive physical emotional and chronological maturation process.
- Understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate child adolescent adult and geriatric patients.

**Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away fromWillmar MN andrelocate to within 30 miles of it.
