In this pivotal role you will orchestrate the universitys strategic planning processes ensuring seamless alignment between institutional objectives and operational excellence. Position Number: S84970
This position is a Grade: 10 40 with an approximate salary range of $65290$79430 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in office functions.
Develop and implement office procedures administrative policies and workflow improvements.
Manage budgets resources and financial planning in collaboration with leadership.
Maintain OSPI metrics and website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Plan coordinate and manage OSPI events including maintaining the office calendar.
Collaborate with UCPA to promote OSPI initiatives and track progress against key communication strategies and goals.
Support the of strategic initiatives by coordinating with university leadership faculty and staff.
Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration to advance institutional priorities.
Engage stakeholders through open and collaborative practices.
Establish performance metrics and evaluation frameworks.
Provide guidance direction and support to OSPI staff fostering a highperformance team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five to eight years of related work experience.
Candidates with at least 3 years of strongly related experience in a similar role at a higher education institution may be considered.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities to develop and execute strategic plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to build consensus and influence decisionmaking processes.
