Job Description

What you get to do:
- Answer incoming phone calls concerning general park information regarding employees contractors & guests
- Disseminate park & emergency information to appropriate employees
- Monitor emergency alarm systems parkwide
- Monitor multiple radio frequencies and disseminate information via 2way radios voice digital pagers and telephones
- Assist and respond to various priority calls including First Aid and to properly identify emergency situations and disseminate proper emergency procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Coordinate with Security Management Team to ensure guest services and quality goals are achieved to include administrative support
- Perform other duties as assigned
What it takes to succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Experience in Security and/or Emergency Dispatch environment
- Valid state drivers license
- Able to complete provided CPR training/certification
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Able to multitask and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment
- Able to work indoors with or without A/C for entire shift
- Able to sit for long periods of time
- Available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need to include opening mid and closing shifts; nights weekends and holidays hours
- 1 year administrative or related experience preferred
- Possession of a valid state drivers license preferred
