Job Description

What Youll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and buying agencies to ensure longterm partnerships.
  • Identify and understand customer needs providing tailored solutions to maximize value and closures on targets.
  • Lead negotiations and close highvalue deals to drive profitability.
  • Effectively communicate and present proposals demonstrating the value proposition.
  • Monitor industry trends competitive landscapes and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports (weekly monthly and quarterly) to track performance and optimize .
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure seamless and delivery of corporate sales solutions.

Who Are You

  • A person with proven sales executive experience meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to communicate present and influence all levels of the organization including executive and Clevel.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing clientfocused differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Graduation in Commerce or Engineering Good Tier II/Tier III College

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Network of contacts with buying agencies within the same industry.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Managing corporate sales of <10 cr annually
