Lets Get Down to Business
We are looking for a Content Designer with experience writing in the financial services industry. Youre a great storyteller who is at ease presenting and discussing your work with clients and stakeholders. You challenge old ways of thinking and put the customer at the center of everything you do. Design thinking and UserCentered Design methodologies are second nature to you. You are fluent in todays digital trends particularly mobile.
About the Role:
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with designers to craft seamless digital customer experiences
- Write clear accurate and compelling user interface copy
- Collaborate with project partners and Experience Strategy team to determine the business objectives that drive content strategy
- Make recommendations on user requirements for projects and contributes to project scoping and planning
- Obtain competitive experience evaluations and customer data and establishes benchmarks for content
- Develop and document Contribute to content creation governance and workflow as well as style tone and voice guidelines including recommendations around brand vision
- Present content concepts in collaboration with designers
- Write and design in accordance with design system
- Contribute to the development of the teams culture and quality standards
- Manage and administer design projects
- Coordinate copy translation
Show Us What Youve Got
- Degree in a writing or design related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years in product design or creation of digital experiences
- Must have experience writing in the financial services industry
- Expert writing editing and proofreading skills with experience writing for online required kiosk Voice and audio User Interface writing
- Experience in a designrelated discipline (industrial design usercentered design visual design design strategy design management human factors psychology humancomputer interaction etc. is a major plus
- Understanding of interactive design and usability principles and how content strategy and creation contributes to the user experience
- A passion for great experience design
- Proficiency in adapting processes to meet project needs
- Willingness to collaborate
- Selfmotivated flexible organized and accountable
- Good understanding of usercentered design and related design disciplines (experience strategy visual design UX writing design research interaction design)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX writing abilities
- Familiarity with Figma/Figjam and Confluence/Jira
