Please note this position can be performed from any of our US hubs (Chicago San Francisco New York City ATX). This is a remotefirst position that requires domestic and international travel on a semiregular basis.
About the role:
The Senior Events Manager role at Culture Amp is a key driver of our brand presence and customer engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing highimpact immersive event experiences across North America EMEA and APAC. By leading our global and Tier 1 event strategy you will help strengthen customer relationships drive measurable business impact and enhance our brand. This role requires close collaboration with crossfunctional teams across the US UK and Australia to ensure alignment and success.
What youll do:
- Global & Tier 1 Events Strategy Develop and implement an events strategy that aligns with company and regional objectives driving new business pipeline customer engagement and retention
- EndtoEnd Event Oversee the planning production and of flagship events ensuring seamless content development design AV logistics agency and vendor partnerships and promotional strategies
- Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing creative product marketing global demand generation sales customer experience finance and legal to align events with broader GTM initiatives and business objectives
- Performance & ROI Measurement Track lead generation revenue influence and customer engagement using insights to optimize future event strategies
- Financial & Sponsorship Management Own and optimize event budgets identify sponsorship opportunities and negotiate vendor contracts to maximize ROI
- Scalability & Process Optimization Develop scalable frameworks and workflows to drive operational efficiency and enable seamless event across regions
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to key internal stakeholders ensuring events contribute meaningfully to Culture Amps brand growth and communitybuilding efforts
- Innovation & Experimentation Continuously refine event formats (inperson and virtual) engagement tactics and attendee experiences to enhance impact
What youll bring:
Culture Amp is seeking a strategic resultsdriven events leader who excels at designing and executing worldclass experiences that captivate audiences and drive business outcomes. You are both a visionary and an executorbalancing creativity with datadriven strategy to enhance brand visibility customer engagement and revenue growth.
What youll need:
The minimum qualifications for this role are
- 57 years of B2B SaaS event management experience with a focus on mid to largescale global events that drive lead generation sales acceleration and customer retention
- Deep expertise in event design sponsorships budgeting agency management and ROI measurement
- Proficiency in marketing and event technologies such as Salesforce 6Sense Hubspot Splash Outreach and Vitally
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Additionally these preferred qualifications would indicate a particularly strong candidate
- Experience with executive programs
- A builder mentality excels at establishing processes scaling programs and bringing ideas to life
- Excellent organizational time management and communication and influencing skills with experience working across all levels
- Experience in working in dynamic fastpaced environments effortlessly adapting to shifting priorities while delivering highquality results
For this role the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles your package may also include sales commission
The actual base salary will vary based on various factors including market and individual skills capabilities and experience objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US)
$120000 $130000 USD
