Position Summary

The Senior Director Manufacturing Supply Chain will oversee regulatory and compliance matters export operations logistics and production planning for our manufacturing sites. This role will ensure regulatory compliance optimize logistics support production requirements and foster continuous improvement to build a worldclass supply chain organization.

The role involves leading and executing the North America inbound and outbound freight program including ground rail ocean and air transportation. The role will ensure the safe costeffective transportation of all raw materials finished goods bulk products and other corporate assets meeting the needs of both internal and external customers via the most efficient and highest quality transportation services available. Additionally this role owns compliance and excellence in customer service and delivery ensuring timely and reliable delivery of products to customers while maintaining high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the supply chain and logistics operations to support the companys growth and efficiency goals
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the supply chain and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with TTB regulations including labeling fill levels waste management and domestic excise duties
• Manage the drawback program liaison with tax regulations
• Oversee customs compliance for imports and exports of bulk goods dry goods case goods equipment and samples with regulatory bodies
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to regulatory compliance and supply chain disruptions
• Lead and manage the export operations ensuring timely and compliant delivery of goods to international markets
• Optimize export processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Own the effort in Production Planning to achieve stretch business results by being a champion of Continuous Improvement utilizing Lean Manufacturing tools specifically pertaining to changeover first hour efficiency OEE and cost per case
• Optimize supply chain spending and inventory management.
• Lead coach and develop a highperforming team

Required Skills & Abilities

• 10 years experience in supply chain and logistics in fastmoving consumer goods or food & beverage production. Alcohol Beverage preferred
• Successful track record of managing supply chain and logistics in a company that sells physical products at significant scale
• Significant handson experience in change management leading teams through change
• Ability to lead team through change process and foster an environment that promotes innovative approaches continuous improvement and personal development

Education

• Required: Bachelors Degree in Business Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field.
• Preferred: MBA is preferred

Financial Responsibility

• Overall managerial control and decision making responsibility.
• Determines and changes priorities in line with financial business and organizational objectives.

The salary range for this role based in Kentucky is $164080.00 to $205000.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process by assessing a candidatesexperience skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
