Job Summary
The Coordinator will develop and oversee planning and implemention of the sexual and domestic violence intervention and prevention efforts for the campus community through trainings presentations and events. The Coordinator will work with Student Counseling Services and Substance Abuse adn Violence Education Services SAVES to enhance services related to sexual and domestic violence.
Required Qualifications
Ability to work collaboratively with other professional staff and faculty. Demonstrated experience in educational program development and implementation. Exceptional communication and public speaking skills in order to effectively deliver programs and health promotion materials to diverse audiences. Demonstrated knowledge of sexual and domestic violence related issues. Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging issues in college health and mental wellbeing. Excellent organizational written and verbal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in community health counseling social work public health education or related field. Experience working with college students in a diverse setting. Work experience with a focus on programs/initiatives to reduce highrisk behaviors. Demonstration experience of grant writing. Experience with program evaluation and data collection
