This position serves as a professional resource in the career development process for external and campus community while creating procedures processes goals plans and programming for services that support career development experiential learning and employment.
The Career Coordinator addresses and responds to the needs of students enrolled in assigned school areas at Minneapolis College. This position coordinates the College and Career Day events while addressing best practices in career development to ensure continuous improvement of activities services and trainings to meet the needs of all stakeholders. The Career Coordinator will build establish and maintain relationships with employers to provide oncampus recruitment opportunities for any career orientated programming. This position provides leadership support for training and mentoring graduate interns while working closely with the Career Services department in advancing short and longterm goals.

$23.63 $34.18 hourly / $49339 $71368 annually
