Earlham College is seeking an Associate Director of Student Engagement to join our team!
Summary:
The Associate Director of Student Engagement person serves under the general supervision of the Director of Student Engagement for Campus Activities and Events. This role is primarily responsible for oversight of all campus activities and events. They will assist the College in implementing major student social programming initiatives and advise all student groups working on planning campus events. This position is a fulltime 12month 40 hoursperweek administrative faculty appointment.
Essential Functions:
Contribute to the overall vision and leadership of the Office of Student Engagement
Advise student programming groups
Coordinate signature annual Earlham College events
Provide oversight for social event planning and policy efforts
