Job Description

Looking for a Sales head based at Dehl NCR to lead Pan India Sales for Power Transformer Management Services or Asset Management Services.
Experience in selling services to heavy engineering companies/OEMs

Job Responsibility
  • Responsible for the achievement of monthly quarterly and yearly SBUwise Sales Targets
  • To provide inputs on sales strategy while Planning Monthwise initiatives to achieve the Sales targets.
  • To build the tendering business for the company inthe Public sector and Private customers
  • To design and implement sales & distribution initiatives to achieve targetted expansion of customer base in absolute numbers and in geographical spread.
  • Launch New products with Key customers and achieve Targeted Business from these new products.
  • To achieve targetted customer retention rates and improve customer user experience.
  • To increase revenue per customer in line with stated objectives.
  • To build multiple sales channels via partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • To keep overdue of the Organizations within norms and build up process for continuous improvement.
  • Implement and adhere to organization SOP and Processes and suggest changes as and when required.
  • To Design and implement CRM (customer relationship management) initiatives.
  • To operate sanctioned discounts on the products as per the company guidelines
  • Recommend new initiatives for improving margins.
  • Monitor and enhance ROI on travel cost
  • Ensure understanding of Roles & Responsibilities and KRA of team members and use Periodic Reviews/Assessments as a tool for building motivation and enhancing performance.
  • To effectively utilize and develop over time the existing Techbased MIS of the company to increase team productivity and effectiveness.
  • To build an agile and motivated Sales Team through effective communication strategic hiring and exemplary personal leadership.
Candidate Profile:
Sales Candidates need to be from Transformer and Power Substation Ecosystems. or electrical equipment service sales.
B.E Electrical with 1020 years experience
