The Resourcing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by managing the endtoend requisition process ensuring data accuracy coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring approvals. This role requires strong attention to detail excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Requisition Management: Raise and manage all EMEA requisitions on Oracle ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Candidate Screening: Review CVs update candidate statuses and reject candidates as necessary.
- PreScreening Calls: Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess suitability for roles.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring smooth communication and organisation.
- Vacancy Tracker Management: Update and maintain the vacancy tracker to reflect realtime recruitment progress.
- Hiring & Offer Approvals: Support the hiring and offer approval process including sending emails obtaining Oracle approvals tracking progress and following up to ensure timely approvals.
- Stakeholder Support: Liaise with recruiters hiring managers and candidates to provide an efficient and professional recruitment experience.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and ensure best practices are followed.
- Contingent Workforce Support: Assist with setting up contingent workers on Oracle ensuring purchase orders (POs) are raised and provided to external suppliers.
- Support HRBPs with Onboarding process of new employees
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment coordination HR administration or a similar role.
- Prior experience in Sourcing e.g. screening CVs interviewing candidates
- Strong proficiency in Oracle or other applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English is essential other languages such as French German would be advantageous
- Proactive approach with the ability to follow up and ensure timely approvals.
- Experience working in an EMEA recruitment environment is an advantage.
