Job Description
Founded in 2015 Clarity Clinic stands at the forefront of mental health and wellness offering innovative and compassionate care. Our mission is to provide the best quality in mental health care and make holistic care easily accessible and seamless to our patients. We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists (LCSW LCPC LMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment as we help guide our clients towards mental offers administrative billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest their clients move forward in life!
We are partnered with the following InNetwork Insurance providers: Cigna Aetna Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO United Healthcare and we accept selfpay clients.
Location: 2101 S Arlington Heights Rd Suite #116 Arlington Heights IL 60005
Hybrid: Inperson /Remote
**Compensation: $60$70/per hour commensurate to years of experience.** Additional compensation available for Testing Psychologist that can also supervise (prelicensed psychologists).
In this role you you will:
- Provide Psychological Testing and evidencebased therapy sessions to a variety of populations offering exceptional client care.
- Our clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- The clinician has oversight of assessments evaluations and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
- Our clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
- Our clinicians promote support and demonstrate Clarity Clinics mission vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies procedures Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a daytoday basis.

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Ilinois licensed PhD/PsyD or Post Doctoral candidate.
- Psychological Testing& Assessment experience preferred but not required.
- Masters in psychology social work counseling or related field plus 1 to 2year internship and 27 years prior experience in a clinical setting OR PhD or PsyD plus zero to three years prior experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required timeframes.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow/ organizational skills.
Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial:
- Individual & Familyfocused therapy
- CBT DBT ACT
- EMDR
- Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
- CADC
- Marriage and Family Therapy
- IOP/PHP programs
- Group Therapy
