Job Description
Position performs project management duties facilitate nursing quality initiatives coordinate shortterm projects and incorporates evidencebased practice into nursing practice throughout the nursing division. Maintains excellent communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth running of all projects. Has experience in Project Management and is able to lead a multidisciplinary team.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in a healthcarerelated field (prefer nursing)
Experience:
- Project Management experience
- Management Team Lead or other equivalent leadership experience
- Experience creating and managing project budgets and financial reporting
- 3 years minimum Hospital experience
- Clinical Nursing experience preferred
- 5 years Hospital experience preferred
