You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a well connected driven individual to lead this company to success in the US markets! This person should be a selfstarter with a deep appreciation for high quality equestrian facilities and a desire to travel both nationally and internationally as part of this new endeavor. This person will be responsible for promoting the brand to prospective clients both locally and nationwide and will work closely with US contractors and the European design/instillation team to ensure a timely and quality of each project. This person will be expected to be the expert on all products this company represents and will be given handson training time with the full product line at the companys European headquarters. This position will be structured as a classic outside sales opportunity with a travel requirement including onsite meetings with clients and building contractors. This is a dynamic and exciting work environment for someone who is motivated by possibility and excellence in equine facility design.
*While prior siteprep/building/architectural design knowledge is not a requirement for this role it will be looked on with extreme favor as it will greatly streamline sales interactions with clients & contractors.
Lead sales efforts in the US through networking tradeshow/horse show events (routine presence at WEF JanMarch required) and response to leads from marketing efforts and referrals
Meet with prospective clients on their farms to discuss vision and product solutions best suited to their goals and desires
Consult with team in Europe to draft a detailed & comprehensive product design offer for clients based on their specific needs (including measurements and project specifications)
Coordinate as needed with local contractors/builders to ensure a cohesive & quality project is delivered
Act as liaison between European team US clients/contractors and logistics entities to ensure success of each project throughout the building/instillation period
Field any complaints or concerns from clients postproject completion to ensure good standing and client satisfaction
Ensure all invoicing delivery notifications project updates and other paperwork is appropriately documented and shared with European team in a timely fashion
Travel to European headquarters & show room as needed for training & company growth
**As growth permits Assist with the selection and development of a physical office in/near Wellington FL as well as the growth of the US sales and instillation team
Minimum 5 years experience with the highest levels of equine sport as an equestrian or supporting business professional
Minimum 3 years experience in Outside Sales setting
Indepth network within the key areas of the equestrian industry **Building/contractor contacts strongly favored**
Strong Operations experience
Exceptional and prompt communication skills
Willing and able to travel both nationally and internationally as required
$75k Base salary commission on a weighted scale determined by volume of product sold
*Company is currently producing $1.01.5million in sales with minimal US marketing and no inperson sales presence
