Entry Level Sales Representative Direct Marketer
Renewal by Andersen Farmingdale NY

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903 Andersen Windows has been the worlds largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

OurEntry Level Sales Representatives (Direct Marketers) are the first interaction with new customers and they generate leads by offering free inhome consultations. We are seeking highly motivated driven and goaloriented individuals to become part of our team! Previous sales experience is a bonus but no experience is necessary. If you are good with people energetic and have a positive attitude then we will teach you the necessary tools and skill sets to succeed and make more money than you thought possible!
The Role What you will be doing:
Report to our office inFarmingdale daily to meet with your team.
Travel to and from our office to neighborhoods in a company vehicle.
Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads in assigned territory.
Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.
Represent Renewal by Andersen with utmost degree of professionalism.
Work independently and with a team.
The Person What we are looking for:
High energy/outgoing personality with professionalism and a strong work ethic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and multitasking skills
Previous experience in sales hospitality or other related fields is a PLUS but not necessary!
Positive attitude and mindset through rejection
Selfmotivated with negotiation skills and results oriented.

The Schedule When youll work:
MondayFriday
10am6pm NovemberMarch 11:30am7:30pm AprilOctober
Saturday shifts on occasion

How to prepare:
You will receive an email inviting you to complete the first interview in our process.
Set aside 1520 minutes for the selfguided assessment that includes questions and a personality game.
Find a quiet place to record and be camera ready.
You will need a smart phone tablet or desktop computer with your camera and microphone enabled.
Youll answer questions with 1 minute to prepare 3 minutes to respond and 1 opportunity to rerecord.
Share your skills and experience and bring your personality to the interview.
