Join ASX listed company Korvest Ltd as our new Mechanical Engineer at our head office in Kilburn South Australia.
Korvest Ltd is the parent company of Korvest Galvanising and EzyStrut. Korvest Galvanising processes structural steel & components for both internal and external customers. EzyStrut is the market leader in cable and pipe support systems throughout Australia.
Scope of the Role:
We are seeking a driven enthusiastic and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team of Engineers responsible for both sales and manufacturing support. This position will assist in the design of new products and offers a variety of duties including:
- Assist in the design of new products
- Engineering assessments for cold and fire rated systems
- Engineering project management of larger cable ladder installations typically tunnels including liaising directly with client and external engineering consultants
- Trade/hands on background advantageous
- Investigating and resolving mechanical issues both in the design and product implementation phase
- Assisting less experienced engineers in their development

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years working within the manufacturing industry
- Indepth knowledge of mechanical systems
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with an eye for detail
- Work well as part of larger team
Experience in project management CAD (e.g. SolidWorks) and involvement with automation systems while not essential will be highly regarded.
