- Expert Recommendations: Leverage your knowledge of flooring materials styles and trends to guide customers to the best choices.
- Sales Tools: Use provided technology (tablet laptop software) to create proposals and close sales efficiently.
- Experience: 2 years of inhome or outside sales experience (flooring experience is a plus).
- CustomerCentric: Exceptional communication skills. Proven track record of connecting with customers and building trust to foster strong relationships.
- Drive to Succeed: A competitive spirit and a relentless focus on achieving sales targets.
- ProblemSolving: Strong negotiation decisionmaking and organizational skills.

- Technology Savvy: Comfortable using computers software and sales tools (Salesforce Outlook Google Suite Excel etc).
- Flexibility: Availability to meet with homeowners including evenings and weekends.
- Valid Drivers License: A current license is required.
