As an Accounts Receivable Analyst with Diebold Nixdorf you will have the opportunity to utilize your experience and education by driving Accounts Receivable performance being involved in projects conducting meetings and participating in other business activities. You will be provided with a great learning experience and will be educated on the appropriate processes and tools needed to be successful including Oracle Siebel and other financial systems.
You will be responsible for communicating directly with customers helping reconcile account balances providing invoice and statement copies as needed processing account adjustments as well as assisting with a variety of other Accounts Receivable projects. Youll work closely with the AR Leads AR offshore partners Sales and others.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM 5 PM with some flexibility. The position is primarily remote although one day per week at the corporate office located in North Canton Ohio may be required.
Responsibilities
- Working within established AR guidelines performs a range of standard duties.
- Provide AR support across multiple areas customer groups and product lines.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced AR Representatives.
- Takes ownership in effectively supporting and improving AR processes.
- Research and answer escalated customer inquiries including payment issues terms and past due items.
- Address standard and routine issues escalating more complex issues to senior team members and/or supervisor.
- May serve as point of contact for customer or other inquiries.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 24 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to create manipulate and analyze spreadsheets
- Hybrid role North Canton Ohio
