Job Description
Ajax Systemsis an international tech company and Europes largest developer and manufacturer of security systems with smart home features. Our ecosystem encompasses 135 devices mobile and desktop apps and server infrastructure. Our team and global user base grow exponentially each year. The company employs over 3000 people and Ajax detectors protect 2.5 million users across 187 countries.
At the end of last year we took a major step towards the future of our business. We introduced a network video recorder and three wired cameras products in which video surveillance meets the highest security standards.
Our cameras combine highresolution video surveillance with an unprecedented level of privacy. They are equipped with builtin AI recognizing various objects including people vehicles and pets.
We are looking for a new player to join our video team and contribute to developing these products with us.
Knowledge and skills required:
- problemsolving skills with a proactive and flexible mindset;
- a gettingthingsdone approach;
- strong communication skills with the engineering team and senior leadership;
- ability to analyze risks and consider them in delivery;
- knowledge of various development methodologies (Waterfall Scrum Kanban);
- personal organization and multitasking attention to detail;
- Upperintermediate level of written and spoken English or higher.
Responsibilities:
- ensuring complete transparency of projects (order in documentation reports tasks);
- manage multiple development teams (softwarehardware mechanic optics);
- coordinate work with related departments such as other development teams supply chain production during product launch;
- planning and coordinating all project activities;
- preparing and organizing the necessary project documentationLeading and motivating the project team.
Will be a plus:
- project management experience inhardwareorembeddedprojects;
- experience working with crossplatform projects;
- knowledge of production processes and vendor relations;
- familiarity with video surveillance technologies and video processing basics.
